Planned Giving

WELCOME! Thank you for visiting the ESU Foundation Planned Giving Web Site. Planned giving is a term that can be used to describe a variety of giving strategies. The most common of these is bequest giving, where a donor leaves a portion of his/her estate to the East Stroudsburg University Foundation. With a bequest gift you can make a larger impact on the students of ESU than you might have been able to during your lifetime.

The ESU Foundation encourages alumni and friends of all ages to consider making a gift by bequest to the Foundation. In considering a bequest, you can indicate a specific amount or percentage of your estate that is to be gifted to the ESU Foundation. You may also direct how your gift is to be utilized. In this way, you can support the program or area at the University that is most important to you.

Please browse these pages for a brief overview of bequest giving and the most common types of planned giving, and feel free to contact the ESU Foundation if you have ANY questions.
